Size Guide

Find your perfect
fit, effortlessly.

Two measurements — that's all it takes. Follow the steps below to find the size that was made for your body.

Before you calculate

How to measure underband
01

Underband — Band Size

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, exactly where your bra band sits. Keep the tape level all the way around — snug but not digging in. Exhale naturally so your ribcage relaxes, then note this measurement.

Stand upright and breathe normally. The tape should lie flat, not pulled tight.
How to measure bust
02

Bust — Cup Size

While wearing an unlined bra or thin tank top, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug — not compressing the tissue. Note this measurement.

Lean slightly forward so tissue falls naturally before you measure.

Get your size

Log your two measurements below and we'll recommend the best size across our range. You can also select a different fit preference — if you like your band slightly looser or snugger, we'll adjust the recommendation accordingly.

Not sure which size to order? Sister sizes share the same cup volume with a different band — try the alternatives shown after you calculate.

All epoché bras are sized in US standard (inches). If you prefer cm, use the toggle on the calculator.

Signs your bra fits well

The Band

The band should sit parallel to the ground — not riding up at the back. You should be able to slide two fingers underneath it, but no more. 80% of your support comes from the band.

The Cups

Cups should contain all breast tissue without gaping or overflowing. The center gore (the part between the cups) should lie flat against your sternum. If it doesn't, try a larger cup.

~

The Straps

Straps should stay in place without digging into your shoulders. If you're constantly adjusting them, your band size may be too large — size down the band and up the cup.

Step 1: Underband (Band Size)

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, exactly where your bra band sits. Make sure the tape is level all the way around, snug but not digging in. Exhale naturally so your ribcage relaxes, then record this number in inches — this is your underband measurement.

Step 2: Bust (Cup Size)

While wearing an unlined bra or thin tank top, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug (not compressing the tissue). Record this number in inches — this is your bust measurement.
