We know buying lingerie online is no easy feat. It’s like dating - you might like how it looks, but when it’ arrives - doesn’t feel right. And you want to touch, feel, and try it on before you commit. That’s why one of our biggest goals for 2026 is to open offline stores where you can experience epoché in person.
What to expect for now:
- Free shipping on US orders $80+
- Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days via UPS.
- Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link to keep tabs on its journey to you.
As we grow into a thriving community of bold women owning every side of themselves, we’ll add faster shipping options and keep delivery affordable and accessible. So for now, enjoy free delivery as our way of saying thanks for being part of epoché.
International Shipping Policy
You found something you love, and you want it wherever you are in the world. Here's what you need to know about getting epoché to your door.
How much does it cost?
One flat rate: $15 USD — wherever you are. You'll see it at checkout before you commit to anything.
How long will it take?
Expect your order to arrive within 7–10 business days. Customs can occasionally slow things down — that part's out of our hands, but we'll make sure your order leaves us as quickly as possible.
Will I be able to track it?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number straight to your inbox so you can follow its journey to you.
Any extra fees?
Import duties, VAT, and local taxes may apply depending on your country — these are set by your government, not us, and aren't included in the shipping cost.
Where we don't ship
Some destinations are off the table due to international sanctions or logistics limitations: Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Crimea and occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, China, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, Indonesia, Haiti, Mali, South Sudan, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, DR Congo, Central African Republic, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, and Hong Kong.
