How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your items ship.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on US orders $80+.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. We want trying on lingerie at home to feel just as stress-free as shopping in-store.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging
Returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.
