Return Policy

We want you to feel celebrated in every piece — and if something isn't quite right, we've got you.

The basics

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all labels, liners, and hygienic stickers still intact — keep them as fresh as the day they arrived. The hygienic sticker must remain in place for us to accept your return. We like our lingerie like we like our coffee — hot and fresh.

Please try everything on over your own underwear to protect the fit and keep that sticker in place.

The packaging

The box and pouch are almost as fabulous as you are — we'd love to see them come back too. If you're returning your full order, please include the original packaging. Partial return? Keep it as a little piece of your epoché experience. Just make sure whatever comes back arrives in good shape — if the packaging is worse for wear, we may adjust your refund accordingly.

How to start a return

Head to our Returns & Exchanges portal, enter your email and order number, and we'll take it from there.

Once we receive your return

Give us up to 3 business days to inspect everything and process your refund — sometimes we zip through it in minutes, but thank you for your patience if we're a little busy. Refunds go back via your original payment method.

A couple of things to note

• We don’t offer exchanges just yet, so if you want a different size or style, feel free to place a new order. For now, think of it as returning to your ex - it has to take some extra thought process
• We want every interaction with epoché to feel like a celebration, so we’ve designed this process to be as smooth and supportive as possible.

International orders

We're so glad you found your way to epoché from across the world — and if something isn't quite right, we want to make this as painless as possible.

The process is exactly the same as for our US customers — 30 days from delivery, items unworn, hygienic stickers intact. Head to our Returns & Exchanges portal, pop in your email and order number, and we'll take it from there.

Original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable — what you paid to get it to you stays where it is. We know, we know. But think of it as the price of having epoché land on your doorstep from across the world.

The only thing we ask: return shipping is on you — a flat $15 fee. International returns are a whole thing, and we want to be honest with you upfront rather than catch you off guard. Think of it as the cost of a little transatlantic fashion adventure.
