By using our website at epochestudios.com, you confirm that you've read and understood this policy, and that you're over 16 (or have a parent or guardian who's agreed on your behalf). If you don't agree — please don't use the site, and reach out so we can delete your data.

If there's ever a conflict between this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy wins when it comes to your data. If you're reading a translated version — the English original is always the legally binding one.

The short version

When you shop with us, we collect some information about you — your name, address, payment details, and how you use our site. We use it to get your order to you, keep things secure, and occasionally let you know about something we think you'll love. We don't sell your data. We do use third-party tools to run our business. You have rights over your data, and we'll always honor them.

What we collect and why

Things you give us directly

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment information. We need this to process your order, deliver it to your door, and keep you in the loop along the way. Without these, we simply can't do our job.

Your size and fit preferences? We keep those too — so we can get it right and improve our recommendations over time.

When you contact our support team, we also collect whatever information you share with us in that conversation.

Things we collect automatically

We collect data about your device, including your IP address, time zone, browser type, device model, operating system, mobile carrier, and hardware ID. We also record which ads you interact with, and the referring app or URL that brought you to us — so we know which channels are actually working.

We only share your data with people who help us run our business — never to sell it. That includes:

• Payment processors like Stripe, PayPal, and Solidgate — to handle your transactions securely
• Shipping partners like UPS, DHL, and FedEx — to get your order to you and handle returns
• Analytics tools like Amplitude and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how our site is used
• Marketing platforms like Google Ads and Meta — to run and measure our campaigns
• Customer support tools like Zendesk and Firebase — to respond to you when you need us
• Cloud storage providers like Amazon Web Services — to securely host your data

You can also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. If they have a valid power of attorney, we'll work directly with them. Otherwise, we'll contact you directly to confirm their authority before proceeding.

We're a global operation, which means your data may be processed outside your home country. If you're in the EEA or UK, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to make sure your data stays protected wherever it goes. Security
