Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, exactly where your bra band sits. Keep the tape level and snug but not digging in. Exhale naturally, then record this number.
Step 2: Bust
While wearing an unlined bra or thin top, wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust. Keep it level and comfortably snug. Record this number.
