Wrap a soft measuring tape around your ribcage, exactly where your bra band sits. Make sure the tape is level all the way around, snug but not digging in. Exhale naturally so your ribcage relaxes, then record this number in inches — this is your underband measurement.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Log into your customer portal through the link in your confirmation email, or through your account. Find your active subscription and hit Cancel. The only exception is if your plan requires a minimum number of payments before cancelling - we'll always tell you that upfront before you subscribe.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Yes. Same place — customer portal. Pause for as long as you need and resume when you're ready. Nothing gets cancelled, nothing gets lost.
How do I edit what's in my next order?
Go to your customer portal, find your subscription, and click Edit in the products section. You can swap items, change sizes, add more pairs, or remove something before the next charge goes through. Do it before the renewal date and your updated order is what ships.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Each upcoming delivery in your portal has a Skip button next to it. One click and that cycle is skipped — no charge, no shipment. Your subscription continues as normal from the next scheduled date.
Can I reschedule my next delivery?
Yes. Hit Reschedule next to the delivery date in your portal and pick a date that works better for you. That's it.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll email you a secure link to update your payment method. No automatic cancellation - we give you the chance to fix it first.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your items ship.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on items in new, unused condition. If something's not right, reach out to our customer support team and we'll sort it out.
