Head to the epoché club rewards page when you're logged in and apply them toward discounts on your next order. how much of your order you can cover with points depends on your tier — up to 20$ for newbie, up to 40% for committed, up to 70% from ride or die and obsessed.

Your points sit as 'pending' for 7 days after your order is placed. if your order gets amended or cancelled in that window, the points may be adjusted. after 7 days they go 'active' in your profile and you're free to spend them.
