At epoché, we want you to feel confident and celebrated in every piece you wear. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make returns easy and hassle-free.

Here’s how it works:

• You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
• To start, just shoot us an email at hello@epochestudios.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout. One of our friendly team members will get back to you within 24 hours and guide you through the process.
• Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all labels, liners, and hygienic stickers still attached — keep them as fresh as the day they arrived. The hygienic sticker must remain intact for us to accept your return. We like our lingerie like we like our coffee — hot and fresh in the morning.
• Please try on your epoché pieces over your own underwear to ensure the best fit while keeping the hygienic sticker in place.
• The packaging is almost as fabulous as you are, we’d love to see it come back (and you, ofc)! If you’re returning your full order, please send the original packaging (the pouch and box) along with it. If it’s just a partial return, you can keep the packaging to hold onto a little piece of your epoché experience.
• We kindly ask that the packaging arrives intact. If it’s a bit worse for wear, we may adjust your refund accordingly.

Once your return reaches our warehouse:

• Please give us up to 3 business days to check everything over and process your refund. Sometimes we zip through it in minutes, but if we’re a little busy, it might take a bit longer—thank you for your patience.
• Refunds will be sent back via the original payment method.

A couple of things to note:

• We don’t offer exchanges just yet, so if you want a different size or style, feel free to place a new order. For now, think of it as returning to your ex - it has to take some extra thought process
• We want every interaction with epoché to feel like a celebration, so we’ve designed this process to be as smooth and supportive as possible.
